Speaker Proposals Now Being Accepted

Do you have a novel and innovative talk appropriate for the 2013 Consumer Genetics Conference?  We need to hear from you!

We invite you to submit a speaking proposal for consideration by our Advisory Committee for the 5th Annual Consumer Genetics Conference, September 25-27, 2013 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston, MA.

The Consumer Genetics Conference is an annual conference and trade event that brings together 500 thought leaders – researchers, technology service providers, regulators, investors, genetic counselors, lawyers, healthcare providers, and the press to share, discuss and debate advances in sequencing, diagnostics, and translational genomics to enable personalized healthcare. The Consumer Genetics Conference is the perfect venue to share opinions and divergent perspectives on the technologies that are driving personalized medicine, molecular diagnostics, and genetic testing to the mainstream market.

Since its debut in 2009, the annual Consumer Genetics Conference (CGC) has established itself as the original, unbiased event for advancing personal genomics to empower individualized healthcare. The program features business, academic, medical, and technology thought leaders presenting the latest research and case studies on the progress of an individual's ability to investigate their own DNA sequence, whether for health, genealogy or just plain curiosity, and the broader ecosystem behind advances in DNA sequencing, diagnostics, and forms of personalized healthcare. CGC provides a unique outlet where all voices can be heard: pro & con, physician & consumer, research & clinical, academic & corporate, financial & regulatory.

Program Topics include:

  • Whole Genome Debates
  • Translational Genomics
  • Clinical & Third-Generation Sequencing
  • Personal Genome Analysis & Interpretation
  • Empowering Patients: Companies & Technologies
  • Molecular Diagnostics & Point-of-Care
